參考這篇，當簡單。開 Terminal 用 root 身份下這道指令：

defaults write /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.backupd-auto StartInterval -int 7200

就變作 7200 秒、2 點鐘了 ( 預設是 3600秒、1 點鐘)。
